Refund policy

As a small business, we especially thank you for shopping at The Golden Grove. We hope you are thrilled with your purchase, but in the event that you need to make a return, below is our policy. 

Full rends are accepted within 7 days of delivery, and store credit is available for returns requested within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and returned with original tags attached to be eligible. Sale items, swimwear, and items marked final sale are not eligible for return or store credit. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, and original shipping fees are non refundable. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can resolve the issue promptly.
